Structure and composition
Scraper head: Made of stainless steel. The stainless steel scraper head has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, is not easy to rust, and can maintain a sharp edge for a long time. It is suitable for some scenes with high requirements for surface precision. The scraper head is rectangular and the edge is relatively flat to ensure that the putty layer can be evenly scraped flat when applying putty.
Features and Benefits
Precise leveling: The blade of the leveling putty scraper is very flat and has a certain rigidity. It can spread the putty evenly when scraping the putty, and control the thickness of the putty layer as needed, so as to achieve high-precision surface leveling. Whether it is a wall or a floor, the use of a leveling putty scraper can make the surface reach a high degree of flatness, providing a good foundation for subsequent decoration processes such as painting and tiling.
Efficient construction: Due to the reasonable design of the scraper, the user can easily push the scraper to move on the surface through the strength of the arm and wrist, and quickly scrape the putty to the area that needs to be processed. Compared with some other manual application tools, the leveling putty scraper can greatly improve construction efficiency and reduce construction time and labor costs.
Usage and tips
Preparation: Before using the leveling putty scraper, you need to clean the construction surface and remove dust, oil and other debris to ensure that the putty can be firmly bonded to the base. At the same time, according to the construction area and the performance of the putty, stir the appropriate amount of putty evenly and adjust it to the appropriate consistency.
Scraping operation: Put an appropriate amount of putty on the scraper head, and then use the scraper to evenly apply the putty on the construction surface. Generally, starting from one end of the construction area, push the scraper slowly and evenly in one direction so that the putty forms a uniform thin layer on the surface. During the scraping process, pay attention to keep the angle of the scraper and the construction surface consistent, usually about 45° to 60°, so that the putty can better adhere to the surface and the thickness of the putty layer can be controlled.
Repeated leveling: For some uneven surfaces, multiple scraping and leveling operations may be required. After each scraping, wait for the putty to dry a little, then use the scraper to check and level again, scrape the raised parts on the surface flat, and fill the concave parts flat. After the last scraping is completed, you can use the side of the scraper to gently press the putty layer to make its surface smoother and flatter.
